Some typical parts we manufacture include bolts, bushings, sheaves, handles, weld-on bosses, nuts, shafts, feed extrusion dies, pistons, pulleys, fittings, skidder parts, and so on.

Production quantities can vary from tens of thousands to as little as one.

We can swing up to 17" diameter and turn up to 12" diameter x 18" long. Barfeed capacities to 2.75" diameter. Machining center capacity is up to 44"x16", and we often mill keyways in shafts up to 40 feet in length.

Additional capabilities include 4 axis milling, knurling, internal polygon broaching, production welding and painting, keyseating up to 1" (straight and tapered), prototype development, part no. and logo engraving, vibratory deburring, and machining of most plastics.
